Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted July 20, 2023, Comfort Care, corrected the deficiency and found in compliance with requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced state relicensure survey completed on June 1, 2023.
